Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All registrations are final and non-refundable.
• No cancellations or transfers are permitted once payment is completed.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to participate or submit proof.
• In case the event is canceled by the organizer, a full or partial refund may be issued.
• Payment-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
